Devoted National Coverage
Kirby Lester has a dedicated team of implementation and service technicians. The same national team of technicians that installed your Kirby Lester device will also service it. From day one, your Kirby Lester system will be handled by a service technician who specializes in only our technology and knows your Kirby Lester device inside and out.

Kirby Lester's interfaced KL20, KL30, KL60 and KLVS devices are equipped to be diagnosed via remote support software. Our team can connect with your Kirby Lester device — without interfering with your daily workflow — to automatically update software and drug databases and trouble-shoot.
(KL60) In the unlikely event that your KL60 should need onsite service, we will dispatch our service technicians from one of four regional offices.

Cassette Ordering (KL30 and KL60)
Kirby Lester's KL30 and KL60 are equipped with custom-calibrated cassettes for absolute accuracy and fast dispensing speed. Occasionally you may need to swap a medication cassette. Kirby Lester provides free replacement cassettes with a service contract. Our program provides you with the flexibility to handle any changes that may occur.

Do You Need Service?
If you believe your Kirby Lester unit needs service, first contact Kirby Lester Service first via phone or e-mail. Do not ship your unit for repair unless Service instructs you to do so.
Service will need the following information:
- Model Number (e.g., KL20, KL30, KL60, KLVS)
- Unit serial number (typically on the side of the unit)
- Warranty: Is your Kirby Lester unit under warranty?
- Details of the problem or concern
If Service instructs you to send in your Kirby Lester KL20, KL30 or KLVS, you will be asked to print out and complete the document, "Preparing Your Kirby Lester Unit For Shipment". (.pdf) This document will need to be included in the shipping box with your Kirby Lester unit. Remember to take great care in packing your Kirby Lester unit for transit, as instructed by Kirby Lester Service. Any damage to your Kirby Lester unit in transit to Kirby Lester will be your responsibility.
